On our cloud instance, I had the handful of users who had Role of "Site Admin" lose access to Jira and Confluence overnight.
Access was restored when Role of "Site Adminstrator" was changed to "Basic".
If I switch back to the other two options of "Trusted" or "Site Adminstrator" the "Jira Software" and "Confluence" toggles are not accessable (transparent).
Has anyone experienced/solved this issue?
