Hi Andry - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This is a group name - you can assign it to a project role.

I am just going by the tags on this post in the upper right. I am just a user like you and do not have access to your Jira instance. But you can check by going to Settings > Billing. This will tell you which plan you are on.

Our plan is STANDARD. Should I upgrade it according to you? Is the standard model able to assign a guest who sees ONLY his one project?
If I need to upgrade, which version can provide this fonction easily?
Thank you
Regards

I'm going to upgrade le plan. Here is what Rovo told to me
The jira-guest-member role is a feature that is only functional on Jira Premium and Enterprise plans. While the role may appear in your project settings on the Standard plan, you cannot add users to it — that's why it remains empty with 0 actors.
Here's the plan comparison:
Feature | Standard | Premium | Enterprise |
Guest role (non-billable) | ❌ Not available | ✅ Available | ✅ Available |

Hi @Andry RAZAFINDRAZAKA — you already found the hard part: on Standard, adding someone to the site still lets them see every project unless you rebuild permission schemes, and the free Guest role only works on Premium/Enterprise. Upgrading is one path if you want them inside Jira.
If you’d rather keep the site on Standard and not put that person in Jira at all, we built Collabound for that: share selected work items into a partner portal, pick which fields they see, no extra Jira seat. Listing: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/376687883/collabound-for-jira-partner-collaboration?hosting=cloud&tab=overview — I’m on the team, happy to answer setup questions.

@Andry RAZAFINDRAZAKA
Based on the formatting, I assume "jira-guest-member" is a group in your organization and not a project role. Do you have Org admin permissions? If so, you should be able to confirm this.
