How to assign a risk level to a bug ticket

Hi,

Regarding risk levels, how do you assign a risk level to a bug ticket ? Do you attach an epic to the ticket and define the risk level of the epic?

How are you representing the risk level in your issues? Is it a custom field you've defined, or something provided by an app you have added?
