Hi Mohammed,

At the moment it's not possible to assign issues to groups or multiple users.

We have a feature request (JRACLOUD-68788) to address this requirement in future.

As a workaround, you may create a custom group picker field and add groups to that field for visibility over such issues. The notification scheme can also be configured to notify the groups added to this field using the group custom field value in the notification scheme.
