How to assign Bug to many persons ?

I want to assingee my bug to 4 developers at single description at same time.

Technically you can't.

There is only one assignee (which is a single user picker field), so you can't assign them to four persons.

You can create 4 subtasks and assign them to 4 different persons. 

But the question is, what is your goal? Are the all going to solve the same (part of the) bug? Which I don't think is likely, or is the first person who takes a look at the bug responsible for solving it. 

If you make one person responsible (the assignee) you can you a multi person select field to add other persons who can co-operate with the assignee. With e.g. automation for Jira you can send people who are selected in the multi person field an email.
