i have only the option to delete on mass and i don't want that
How i can do?
Second question , i want to be sure that when i archive an item , i can restore it anytime
Hi @ouafae.sbaitanji and welcome,
how are you managing test execution? Do you have a third part app installed?
BTW, in order to archive items in a jira project you need to have archive permission. Please check the permission scheme of your project (if you are a JIRA admin otherwise ask internally).
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hello @Fabio Racobaldo [Catworkx] thanks a lot for your feedxback.
Ok i'll check with Jira admin.
To give more detail , when i try to archive individualy , i'am able to do it, but when i try to do it on mass mode ( bulk) the option is not apearing.
So if i undestand well the Jira admin can allow me to have this option?
thanks

Hey @ouafae.sbaitanji ,
if you are able to archive one test execution, for sure you have Archive permission.
I checked jira features and it seems the massively archiving is not possible! Atlassian suggest to use an automation to do that
Please take a look here https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/bulk-archive-issues-in-jira-cloud/
Hope this clarifies,
Fabio
