Hi,
is it possible to apply one workflow to all the existing projects ? how can i achieve it ?
further, i am still struggling to understand the difference between workflow and workflow scheme, can someone please clarify me ?
Thanks.
Hi,
welcome to the community.
yes it is possible you have to put this workflow in the workflow scheme that belong to the project.
A workflow is associated to a workflow scheme then the workflow scheme is associated to the project. So if you want to apply a workflow to a project you need to find the workflow scheme applied to this project and edit it.
the workflow scheme allow you to choose which workflow go with which issuetype.

Yes, you can do this by attaching the same Workflow Scheme to every project that you have. You will have to do this project by project as there is no bulk change function for doing this.
And then you can create all new projects based on an existing project - which will inherit the common workflow.
All of that comes with the caveat that you are using Company-managed projects and not Team-managed projects. Workflows cannot currently be shared across multiple Team-managed projects.
