How to apply for the authority of this jiraadmin? Does the operation of saving the original workflow

 I want to keep the original workflow so that it can be restored after improper modification

• Click the cog > issues
• Click workflows
• Find the workflow you want to copy
• Select copy workflow
• Rename the workflow

Keep in mind that this workflow will be present on your INACTIVE workflows. So scroll down, and click "inactive" to find it.

After edit, while saving the modified workflow, you get an option to save a copy. Selecting "yes" will create a copy of old workflow. You can restore when its required
