Hi guys.
I have a simple question and forgive me if this is an obvious one, but I couldn't find how we can apply scrum.org's Nexus framework for scaled scrum (with multiple cross-functional teams working on a single product). Is there a way to better visualise the sprint backlog or cross-functional refinement board as offered in the following whitepaper (Visualizing the Nexus Sprint Backlog | Scrum.org)
Many thanks,
Korhan
We implemented nexus in Jira with this method:
1- create project for big features.like user management or service desk request.( We have 17 big features)
2-create one Scrum bord for refinement in nexus team. This board attach to all project.
3- create specific scrum bords for all teams with base on filter.we have 4 team with 5 member so we created 4 scrum bord. Filter of each team defined to see task for specific components. Like blue, red, white
Our process is:
After refinement we create next sprint backlog for each team and them planning stand alone.then in review meeting, team deliver each team features to product owner.
