I succesfully created a JIRA/Movidesk integration in company. The integration works fine, however, comments in JIRA tasks are becoming internal comments in Movidesk (which doesn't appear to the ticket client).
I'm wondering if there is a way I can create through JIRA a public action in Movidesk, so I can communicate with client.

I couldn't figure out a way to do that in Jira integration.
My solution:
In Movidesk, create a trigger that is activated always a ticket is updated and the last action is "Intern". The trigger change the last action state to public.
It worked.
