How to allow different status option for different task type?

Is it possible to have a different status option for different task type? 

Lets say we have these status options:

1. Done
2. Fixed
3. Wont Fix
4. Reopen
5. Could Not Reproduce

So, what i want is different task type only allowed to transition to certain status. For example:

• task type = task, only allowed to have Done status. 
• task type = bug, allowed to have Fixed, Reopen, Wont Fix

Is there any way to make it happen?

Yes, that is possible, and you do that by creating different workflows and associate them with the issue types. Have a look at this guide that will give you an overview of how workflows work.

is there any other way which not needing JIRA Administrator permission? 

I only have Project Owner and Project Admin permission.
