How to admin roles and rights in a project?

Hi, admin roles on a project is no longer possible in the "roles" section when admin a project! Is that correct or do i have somekind of bug in my system? I can delete roles and groups, but i cannot set a group as role "developer" for example. Do i do something wrong?

The rights of any role, including admin, is controlled by the permissions. It sounds like the role admin was removed from permission to administer the project. You'll need the JIRA admin to check it out.
