How to add workflow Validation on two select custom fields - Jira Cloud

Hi Community,

I have two single-select fields and their options:

Field A: 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A

Field B: 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B

I need to validate that the user selects 2B in Field B if 1A was chosen in Field A in the Create screen.

If the user selects any other combination, the Issue is good to be created.

Any ideas? I have JWME and ScriptRunner on my instance.

Hi Daniel,

Do you know Select list (Cascading)? Is this field type met your requirement instead of using 2 Select list (single choice) with validator?
