How to add types in linked issues

How can I add more options for types of linked issues?

eg.

If I want to add `is followed by` and `follows` to this dropdown, is there any way to achieve it?

Hi @sinclair

You need to have a Jira administrator permission to add link types. 

Go to Admin Setting -> Issues -> Issue linking page to activate or deactivate link types.
