How to add the test scenario into test repository?

My requirement is below.

1. I have created a folder under "Test Repository"

2. I want to create test scenario as each test scenario contains 10 Test Cases. 

3.  Create Test cases under Test Scenario

4. Add the test scenario into Test Repository

Problem: I couldn't add test scenario type jira into test repository. Its accept only test type JIRA.  Please advice
