How to add something to condition statements in jira workflow?

How to add condition statement in Jira workflow:

For example, if a custom field "Component" is "Feature testing" , "Type" field should be "New feature testing".

How do we do the mapping of two fields basically while creating the jira, changing the type or component, ?
