How can I add shortcuts for some applications on Jira Header?

Hi Pooja,

Click on the menu option on the far left-hand side of the top nav bar.

Then click on Manage List.

I have tried it but it's not appearing on the header.

They will not appear in the header - you cannot change those options. Only in the Switch to menu like you have added.
