How to add "Assign to me" next to custom field ?

I have a custom filed called "Responsible" set as "user picker-single user". I would like to add a text link "Assign to me" next to it so every person can click on "Assign to me" instead of searching for his name in the field.

You can't do that. That is a built in functionality.
