How to add project to JIRA and fetch projects list from JIRA through HTML/javascript

I am creating static web site , I would like to do following all things through HTML/javascript (Kindly suggest)

* Fetching list of projects from JIRA

* Adding new project and details to JIRA

* Adding user stories to JIRA and fetching user stories from JIRA

Hi @SUKESH PRUDHVI K  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What problem are you trying to solve by doing these things?  Those features all already exist in JIRA for a registered user.
