How to add organization members as request participants

Hello I use the Jira service management.
I would like to set up a mailing list with several customer mail addresses. When I write to a customer, I want to select the mailing list and not the individual mail addresses.
How do I do this?

Hi @Mukadder Tozlu (Muki) and welcome to the Community!

This kb article has a step by step description on how you can achieve this. Once you get all members of the organisation added as request participants, they should be able:

  • to access the ticket through the customer portal;
  • receive the email notifications you set up in project settings > customer notifications.
