How to add more subsections in the Issue Screen

I am trying to add a few more subsections to JIRA's issue(task) screen so it will fit my team's needs better. It will be great if someone can tell me how to achieve this(if it is possible).

When opening up any task in JIRA, the following page with 4 subsections will show up. (first picture on the top)

However, 4 subsections are not enough to fulfill all the needs of my team, so I want to achieve the following (second picture)

Those sections are provided by addons (system ones in the case of the standard ones like links, description and details etc)

You would need to find or write an add-on that implements new sections as "web fragments"
