How to add/edit formats of issuelinks

I am using 4.4.1, we would like to add extra columns for the issue links on viewIssue page. I found the velocity file, but all it has is the following line:

#displayRelatedIssues($linkedIssues)

Example, we would like to put issue type as the first column and a custom field as the end (technical owner).

The columns used to set in include folder but now I just seem to not sure where to edit the columns. Please help!
