How to add customized gadget with hour percentage work load calculations?

Hello,

we have following fields available in sprint. 

1. Estimated efforts for Resource for the sprint

2. Sprint duration

by using these two field would like to prepare the resource work load details.  

is there any work load gadget readily available?  if not how the intended gadget can be included in Jira work management?
