How to add a notification to the person doing the parent task

We are using the structure of subtasks for Code review and QA testing, I would like to notify the person doing the Parent issue that the person on QA added a comment to the QA sub-task

You can use the automation rule to do that:

• Select the trigger as 'Issue commented'
• Select the 'Issue fields condition'
  • Select 'Issue Type' for 'Field' field
  • Select 'equals' for 'Condition' field
  • Select 'Sub-task' for 'Value' field
• Select 'Branch rule / related issues' component
  • Select 'Parent' for 'Type of related issues'
  • Choose the appropriate action you can to perform now
    • Send email to reporter
    • Send Slack message
    • Send Microsoft Teams message
    • Send Twilio notification

Provided you have already configured Slack/ Twilio or Microsoft Teams.
