How to add a custom field in the Jira ticket with the firebase console?

I followed the instruction and integrated the Jira with firebase successfully.

The Jira ticket displays the platform and version field in the description that seems default field to me, and I want to add the custom field like "number of affected user", "number of crashes" etc. I also want to customize the titles. 

Can you please help me how I can do it?
