How to add a command in More Actions Drop down menu

How to add a command in More Actions Drop down menu

I would like to add a command for "Create Bug" Issue Type under the "More Actions" drop down menu of a "Story" Issue Type. May I know how this can be achieved ?

You can't do that in onDemand. In downloaded version of JIRA, you could have created a plugin to do this.
