How to add Root Cause Category in JIRA for project.

Hello Team,

I have upgraded my Jira version from 7.5 to 7.11 version. In the new version, 3 options are missing in the Root Cause Category tag.

Please help me how to these missings options in Jira.

An upgrade will not remove options from non-system fields such as "root cause category".  You will need to ask your administrators why they removed the options.
