I cannot find where I can add collaborators in JDS, I either end up with a client account, or a full agent account.
All that I am trying to achieve is letting our JIRA Software (server, not cloud) users the ability to see and comment on issues in JSD.
Is there a KB page that I missed, as most seem to be using an old UI with different menu options.
