How to add Information box to Create Page in Jira Cloud

How do I create an information box to the create page in Jira Cloud - see wireframe below? I found out how to do this on Jira Server, but that is not available in Jira Cloud.

You can try to create "Message Custom Field (for edit)" and add it to a create screen:



Then you can configure a default value:

And on the create screen, it will look like:

@Oleksii Melnyk _MOY Apps_ Have you done this in Jira Cloud? I have created the custom message edit field, but have not found a way to add it to the Create Screen.

Yes, just add it to the Create screen

I see so that is just adding the box to each work item type screen and not a general description that is on the create page to be viewed no matter what work item type is selected. Alrighty - thanks for the option.

That functionality is not available in Jira Cloud.
