How to acheive traceability between Req to User story to Acceptance Criteria to Test Case in Zephyr

Hi I want to crate a metrics for traceability (RTM) in Jira for Requirement to User Stories to Acceptance Criteria to test cases to define the complete test coverage from Zephyr Scale. Currently i am able to get the traceability from requirement to User story to Test Cases, i don't know the mechanism to have the traceability from User story to Acceptance Criteria to Test Cases as Acceptance Criteria is given in the description. Can you suggest me the options how i can have this traceability so that i can get the test coverage and also how can get the traceability report in Zephyr scale report showing the RTM

Hi @Narasimha S and welcome to the community!

As far as i know Zephyr can only track dependencies to other work items or links to web pages. You can add both on the Traceability tab on the test case so they are visible in the traceability report.

So you can either add the requirements, acceptance criterias and user stories as separate work items or link to a page in Confluence describing them.

For more advanced requirement management you might want to look into some of the plugins for requriement management in Jira
