How to access user last login details using Jira Rest API

We want to deactivate the users based on their last login.
Is there any RESTAPI to check the user last login details so that we can automate.

According to this August 2020 post in the developer community from Atlassian, there is no REST API for getting the last user login yet:

Searching through the admin REST API, I did not see any updates to add that capability.

And according to this suggestion, there is no REST API for disabling a cloud user yet:
