How to access jira.com with Atlassian's REST API end points?

Giving you the background of the scenario in brief.
One of our clients has the Jira cloud version with jira.com domain. They are longtime users of Jira cloud. (10+ years). We are not able to connect their URL which ends with jira.com through the Atlassian's REST API via our product.
We are getting not a valid URL message. Can you give some suggestions on this?

Hi @DCKAP ,

Can you confirm you get the same error when calling the  same endpoint e.g. https://xxxx.jira.com/rest/api/latest/project using curl? Can you copy-paste the full command with the output in here (masking the sensitive data)?

Also, in case  the exact same issue happens with Curl, you may want to either ask this question in the developers' community or open a ticket in the developers' service desk to have this issue further investigated:
