How to access Jira Administration?

Hi,

I wanted to upload CSV file in my Jira but I am not able to access Jira Administration i.e.  and then to go over System. I have been assigned as Scrum Master and Administrators roles in this project but yet I am not able to access this page. I have attached screenshot for your reference. Kindly let me know how can I access this?

Hi @Neha Kardile,

No indeed. The scrum master and administrator roles are specific to you project, but in order to access e.g. the import module and system settings, you need the global Jira Administrator permission.

You will need to reach out to (one of) the Jira administrator(s) of your organisation for that. 

Although you won't be able to grant yourself that permission, see permissions documentation to learn more.
