How to Strip the Old Reply Data from Incoming Email When Using Outlook and Retain latest few comment

I am using email notification in JIRA Application(Server) and added mail handler to strip older comments in the notification. But now I need to get latest comments i.e last 3 comments via notification. Can you please suggest me how to limit the number of comments to be available in notification

Hi Jeevan,

There's not currently a way to do this with out-of-the-box Jira.

You can however use the Email This Issue plugin to achieve this. Check out their documentation showing how to add comments to an email template here.
