Hi everyone!!
How can I configure automation rules in Jira to ensure that when adding a comment to a main issue in the primary project (A), the same comment is automatically replicated in the cloned issue (associated with the main issue) in the secondary project (B)? This way, both tasks would be connected across two different projects, one related to Service Management (Project A) and the other to a Software Project (Project B).?
Thank you, I had some difficulty recreating it, but I managed to do it. The problem was that I was creating the rule within the project, so it could never fetch the other issue. It needs to be a global rule!
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Yeah sorry I was not clear about it, you can also select multiple project to reduce the scope and avoid to trigger the rule with another project.
You're welcome :)
