How to Rename 'Full Name' field of users profile?

Hi guys,

We have a user that was provisioned with a certain name but now wants it updated. We are unable to update the Full name field as it says "Full name is set by your admin.". How would we go about getting this field updated?

The JIRA System Administrator is the one in control of this if it is not being managed by Active Directory or other user management tool.

They have to go into User Management and edit the user profile -- and edit the Full Name.  The system will check existing users to ensure no conflicts.
