I connected (associated) QA Issue to the Jira ticket earlier and it was decided that it shouldn't be on that ticket, but on another one. But if associating QA Issue to Jira ticket is not difficult, removing or changing it is not so obvious and we can't find for now the solution of that case.
When you associate Testing to the Jira ticket, it automatically creates QA Issue and QA Link in Jira as well as QA Status field that takes Testing (Jira Software) Status from automatically created ticket in Jira Software (JTMF). And all these fields are inactive, so I can't change or remove their values:
As I mentioned previously, Jira automatically creates ticket in Jira Software (JTMF) and associates (connects) it to Jira ticket using SDLC Link and SDLC Key, which fields are also inactive and can't be changed or removed:
So I would like to ask if there are solutions of this situation? How I can disconnect Jira ticket from Jira Software ticket for testing or remove associated QA and SDLC Links?
This isn't native functionality as far as I know.
Are you using a specific App with this functionality? Or is it potentially custom built for your instance?
