How to Move Subtask on New JIRA View

How do I move subtask order in new view of JIRA?  Need order of susbtask to represent order of work to be done.  Old view has Move Up and Move Down arrows.

I believe Click+Drag is an option

Tried that but it does not work, at least not from the view of Parent JIRA.
