How to Modify the Components Explanation?

Just the information in the red box "Projects can be broken down into components, e.g. "Database", "User Interface". Issues can then be categorised against different components."

I want to modify this information, add some example in it so every project manager can understand how to add the components.

I want to modify the vm template to achieve this goal, which vm file shoud I modify?

You can go to translations.atlassian.com and change the value. Once that is done, install that translation pack.
