Hi @BHANU TEJA , I am unfamiliar with manage engine service desk. You might check the Atlassian Marketplace for Zoho connectors. Alternatively consider using the Atlassian APIs for JSD. Integration comes down to your exact requirements. Simple integration might be achieved using email creation and Automation.
