How to I remove an inactive user as the owner of a board in Jira?

When I go into the settings for my board it lists an inactive user as the owner and I'm not showing where I can change that to someone who is active?

Answer accepted

Board ownership is based filter ownership.

You can navigate to [BASEURL]/secure/admin/filters/ViewSharedFilters.jspa , look up the filter in question and change the owner.
