Hello,

We need a list of all the fields in JIRA that are exposed to end users i.e. what data are we holding. I've looked online and it seems there is a way of producing this export, but I've been unable to figure it out.

@Laura Zuluaga, welcome to the Community. You can achieve this by going to the Search issues view and creating a filter, e.g. project = abc and then click on the icon to export (three-sided box w/ arrow out the bottom - at least in cloud this is the icon). Select "Export Excel CSV (all fields). Now keep in mind that some fields displayed in Jira are calculated fields meaning they are not exported.

As an alternative to the built-in CSV export, make sure you try the Better Excel app which is "Excel export on steroids".

Hi @Aron Gombas _Midori_, in accordance with the marketplace vendor/partner guidelines it is always a good idea to identify yourself in the thread as a vendor when recommending your product. BTW, I seen the app and like it. :-)
