How to Enable WIKI toolbar

Hello, 
I have WIKI renderer enabled to my customfield but having troubles activating the toolbars, i cannot/dont know how to enable the toolbar for it as per below:

Instead i have the following:
EmailBod.JPG
Any solutions to this?
