How to Edit Jira Locked Resolution Field?

Hi, I want to bulk edit Resolution field (set Won't do) but the field is locked by Jira by default. Is tehre a workaround to edit this field?

Actually I want to edit it with JXL Sheet, but I would appreciate any other solutions that are not by extra add on.
