Hi!
I want to know how I can auto update the backlog of a project.
When I'm working in the Backlog of a project with a colleague, we have to press the 'Recently Updated' button every time someone makes an adjustment.
How can I make it so that it automatically updates when someone makes an adjustment?
Thanks in advance!
Hello @Milan Mainassy,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When working on a backlog or a board, currently, it's not possible to automatically refresh it.
There are feature requests suggesting this improvement:

Hello @Milan Mainassy welcome to the community. I believe that by clicking that button you are forcing Jira to refresh the board, else if you wait for about a minute the tickets created by someone else should be shown on your board. It's not something that happens right away.
Please provide more details if this isn't the case

Thank you Hernan!
Is it possible to INSTANT refresh? In stead of waiting a minuten :).

Here is a stop gap that I have used ....
Add a quick filter to the board:
Name: Refresh
JQL: reporter is not EMPTY
It is still manual but it is 10 times faster than refreshing the browser page and whether the filter is on or off will not affect the backlog list.
