How to Add a Component

How on earth does one access and add a component to JIRA?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Log in with an account that has project admin access in the project you want the component to be in, and go to the component config. You'll be able to add components in there, and then the people will be able to add them to issues.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I am the Project Admin. My issue is actually finding out where the component config is.
