How personality shapes agile collaboration and team values ?

Hello Atlassian Community,

I’m Nicolas Matton, a PhD candidate in Software Engineering at the University of Namur. My research explores how Big Five personality traits affect the way people experience software-team practices.

Your community is uniquely placed to inform this question: Atlassian tools and practices sit at the centre of how teams plan, coordinate, reflect, and agree on ways of working. I’m interested in whether personality helps explain why certain agile rituals and collaboration principles resonate differently across a team.

The anonymous survey takes about 10 minutes and returns an immediate, scientifically validated Big Five profile. Data collection closes on September 15, so I’m in the final sprint and would greatly value your input.
