JIra Cloud's Manage Backups page (Standard version) is not allowing me to run daily backups 24 hours after a previous backup.
I was able to run a backup at 5pm on Tuesday.
At 5pm on Wednesday, when I clicked on Create Backup for Cloud button the following message displayed:
Export error
This would limit backups to every 2 days (48 hours).
Is this the correct behavior?
Hello @UIC SWE Dept Manager
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
As per the Export Data from Jira Cloud documentation :
You can backup your Jira data at any time. However, if you include attachments, avatars, and/or logos, you'll need to allow 48 hours between backups.

Hello @Prachi Bolar
Thank you for confirming that Trudy's answer was correct by essentially just re-stating what she had said, but just adding a little bit more detail.

Hello @UIC SWE Dept Manager ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
As @Trudy Claspill mentioned, if you include attachments, avatars, and/or logos in your backup, then you would need to wait for 48 hours until your next backup.
