I tried to create an engineering bug ticket, but I didn't have access rights. Support told me to create a ticket in Jira, but I don't see any info on how to do this.. Please help.

Hi Denis,
You need to speak to your Jira admins within your company in order to give you access. They will have the rights in order to provide you with the access needed to create a ticket.
