How my managed (Trello) users can accept invitation to another company's Jira

I administer our Atlassian Access (Atlassian Cloud) managed accounts using our company Trello (Cloud). A company we partner with has invited two of our folks to their Jira, but clicking the accept button in the invitation email just takes them to our workspace showing our Trello. How can they accept an invitation to this Jira instance at another company?

(self-answer:) I now think a better angle on this is that the Jira-using company creates and manages all accounts using that Jira, so there's no accessing two company's Jira's from one login, and the answer is there should be a second login for the other company.
